As an Advisory Partner at G&J Seiberlich, Aaron Alchin leads the firm’s Advisory practice with a focus on providing high-quality outsourced accounting and bookkeeping services. He works closely with clients across multiple industries to streamline financial operations and strengthen decision-making capabilities.

He is experienced in providing accounting and attest services including outsourced accounting and audit readiness, financial statement audits, reviews, compilations, and preparations, and improvements to accounting processes and internal controls for companies in various stages of growth.

Aaron’s experience and expertise allows him to provide solutions and services that add value to a client’s business. Aaron is also a member of the Board of Directors at Petaluma Gap Winegrowers Alliance.

Outside of work, Aaron enjoys spending time supporting his local community and is a current member of Leadership Santa Rosa Class 40. During his free time Aaron likes to play golf, travel with his wife and three sons, and support local wineries and breweries.
